Black Heart ProcessionBlack Heart Procession's latest album 'Amore del Tropico' - is a more of a progression from what I think of as their "trademark" creepy rustic sound, as full of healthy twang as it is replete with creaking ambient noise and eerie background wails. Noominally somewhat of a concept album in that it tells a bit of a story of lost love and murder - Amore del Tropico is lushly orchestrated where once all was straight ahead and dirgelike. It's a really nice, unexpected change. Links of note:
