Gillian Welch

A visit from the harmonized bluegrass sounds of Gillian Welch and partner David Rawlings is a special treat, indeed. A bit of gospel, a bit of dusty trail country, a bit of high lonesome sound. You'd never she was originally from Los Angeles, her honest treatment of the occasional gospel tune in a delicate twang could easily have been grown naturally somewhere in Kentucky.
