Henry RollinsIf you're familiar with the somewhat angst-ridden vocal assaults delivered by the ever-popular large-necked and plentifully-tattooed Mr. Rollins, in his Rollins Band, you may be surprised to know that he also is well-known for his thoughtful spoken word engagements, which often almost border on standup comedy. He's had kind of a crazy life travelling all over the globe first in the group Black Flag and then in his own Rollins Band, and his adventures make good fodder for some pretty amusing stories. Unlike his musical performances, you won't need earplugs and sturdy shoes for these shows. Links of note:
