the White StripesWhen it comes to rock, it really doesn't get much more stripped-down than this. the White Stripes are a two-person band comprised of siblings Meg and Jack White. No dancing bears. No flugelhorn section. No Tabernacle Choir. Just drums, guitar, and rawk. After listening to their gritty grind, you kinda wonder why anyone needs more than just 2 instruments to rock. Links of note:
